Home & Community Residential Services
MSSI provides a safe, secure, nurturing, and homelike environment for adults who are unable to live independently due to physical, emotional, or mental health disabilities. We provide 24 hour supervision and residents receive support and assistance as needed to help ensure the health and safety of our individual clients.

Our Residential Counselors provide individuals with daily support that encourages self-reliance, yet help when tasks are too difficult. Such assistance includes: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, daily outings or appointments (Transportation), daily grooming, medication, etc.
Staff works with residents to foster a sense of community that enhances a client's independent living goal.

MSSI has two locations for our homes in the cities of Cottage Grove and Saint Paul Park, Minnesota, located next to each other in Washington County.

These homes are located within safe and quiet neighborhoods. Various transportation options are available to clients and they able to go on a variety of outings.
